Whitespeaking Remodeling wants every homeowner treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Whitespeaking Remodeling
  • The way we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each answers for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of expectations may be removed. Note that Whitespeaking Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@whitespeaking.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Submit

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor problems, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
