You should know how Whitespeaking Remodeling operates and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Whitespeaking Remodeling Does

Whitespeaking Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do no design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or other remodeling work.

When you call the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Whitespeaking Remodeling for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as call length or whether the call is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Whitespeaking Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Stand Alone

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Whitespeaking Remodeling. Each is solely responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it communicates with you and behaves

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You are never required to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
